You will craft platform-specific content, manage calendars and publishing, and collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Creative and Operations to align social activity with campaigns. A strong track record in content creation, analytics and short-form video is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media management, ideally in fast-paced digital industries.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms and how content performs across each.
• Proven ability to develop engaging content and grow online communities.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Experience creating or managing short-form video and social-first content.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
• Commercially minded with understanding of how social contributes to acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Creative, proactive and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
• Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Understanding of responsible gambling and compliance requirements is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the social media strategy across relevant platforms.
• Create engaging, platform-specific content that drives reach, engagement and brand awareness.
• Manage the social media calendar, campaigns and day-to-day publishing.
• Develop creative concepts across static, video, reels, stories and other formats.
• Build and manage an engaged online community, responding to comments and player feedback.
• Monitor social conversations, trends and competitor activity in iGaming and sports betting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Creative and Operations to align social activity with campaigns.
• Support promotional campaigns, launches, events and brand initiatives.
• Track social media performance and use insights to improve content and engagement.
• Monitor and report on metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, traffic and conversions.
• Ensure content adheres to iGaming advertising, responsible gambling and regulatory requirements.
