Responsibilities

• Create, curate and manage content for online platforms, ensuring relevance and brand voice.
• Monitor platforms for discussions and trends; provide insights to teams.
• Develop and enforce community guidelines for a safe environment.
• Identify and engage key community members and influencers.
• Gather and analyse feedback to inform marketing and product teams.
• Track engagement metrics and report on growth and sentiment.
• Host virtual events, webinars and meetups to engage audiences.
