Job summary

Fempower Personnel seeks an experienced Investment Associate specializing in Unlisted Investments and Social Infrastructure. You will support senior investment professionals through the lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to executing transactions and monitoring performance.

The role requires strong financial modelling, valuations, due diligence and deal execution, with a focus on social infrastructure assets and ESG considerations.

Qualifications

• Honours degree in Finance, Commerce, Engineering or Law as a minimum.
• 3–5 years' relevant experience in private equity, infrastructure investments or related fields.
• Demonstrated financial modelling, valuations, due diligence and transaction execution experience.
• Strong deal structuring, investment appraisal and financial risk understanding.
• Advanced Excel and modelling capabilities.
• Knowledge of investment research, portfolio monitoring and ESG considerations.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate unlisted investment opportunities across sectors.
• Conduct due diligence and prepare investment appraisals and term sheets.
• Support structuring, negotiation and execution of transactions.
• Develop and review financial models and valuation analyses.
• Monitor investments and support risk management and ESG compliance.
• Contribute to industry research on social infrastructure assets.
