You will collaborate with senior professionals and contribute to portfolio growth, with strong emphasis on remote work adaptability and clear communication in a dispersed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in real estate investment, finance, or analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
• Familiarity with real estate valuation methodologies and market research tools.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex financial concepts clearly in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the sourcing and evaluation of potential real estate investment opportunities through market research and data analysis.
• Develop detailed financial models, including pro forma statements, discounted cash flow (DCF) analyses, and sensitivity analyses.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence on target properties, reviewing leases, operating statements, and legal documentation.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal review and approval.
• Monitor the performance of existing investments and assist with asset management activities.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and external parties, such as brokers and legal counsel, in a virtual setting.
