Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically strong Senior Post-Investment Associate to join a dynamic team reporting to the Head of Portfolio: Seed and Growth. This is a senior individual-contributor role for someone who already brings strong investment-technical grounding and investee relationship-management experience, with a clear growth path towards a future Post-Investment Manager position. The Associate will support the growth and success of our high-potential portfolio ventures by providing deal support, financial analysis and access to resources that drive value creation and maximise impact-adjusted financial returns across the investment portfolio. Our portfolio is sector, business life stage and instrument agnostic and as such is made up of a diverse range of industries, technologies, and business models.

The Associate will support the structuring, execution and monitoring of investment and follow-on funding transactions, and will work alongside the Value Creation team to identify, implement, and measure strategies that optimise the performance of E² investments and enhance their value. This role requires a strong blend of investment and financial expertise, exposure to deal structuring, strategic thinking, business analytics, and a passion for driving impact.

The successful candidate will work closely with founders and the Value Creation team to build and maintain strong investee relationships, support board and management engagements at select portfolio companies, and contribute directly to founders’ growth and fundraising journeys, including formal board representation on select portfolio companies.
