Job summary

The Core Group seeks an energetic SME Sales Specialist for iStore Business to drive revenue growth by converting online-originated SME leads and strengthening relationships with stores. You will coordinate programmes, manage registrations and activate dormant accounts through calls and digital channels.

Responsibilities include leading CRM activity, tracking leads, and working with Marketing to deliver in-store events while ensuring timely follow‑ups and high-quality data across a multi-site

Qualifications

• Matric is required; tertiary qualification preferred in Business, Sales, Marketing or IT.
• Proactive, self-motivated and capable of negotiating with C-Level executives.
• Strong value-based selling skills and CRM pipeline experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and activation for iStore Business SME by converting and retaining online-originated SME customers.
• Coordinate delivery of business programmes into nominated stores and manage leads and events with Marketing.
• Act as primary operational contact for online SME base and first-line support for stores; ensure leads, registrations and opportunities are followed up.
