Qualifications

• 2 year Skin Care diploma required.
• 4 years experience in a supervisory role.
• Experience with high-end skin care brands preferred.
• Dermalogica experience advantageous; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly store sales and treatment revenue targets.
• Conduct consultations and Face Mapping for every client.
• Follow up post-treatment and with retail customers.
• Manage POS system and day-to-day staff roster.
• Assist store manager with staff training and assessments.
• Maintain inventory, store cleanliness, and merchandising.
• Support store promotions and promotional events.
