Job summary

Dermalogica South Africa is seeking a Store Lead for our Eastgate Dermalogica Store to drive sales and business objectives while acting as a Brand Ambassador. You will ensure monthly sales and treatment targets are met and conduct detailed client consultations with Face Mapping.

You will also manage staff, inventory, and POS operations, handle customer service, promotions, and store events, and maintain high standards of hygiene and product knowledge through ongoing Dermalogica training.

Qualifications

• 3 year Skin Care diploma is required.
• 4 years experience in a supervisory role.
• Previous experience with high end skin care brands is preferred.
• Dermalogica experience is advantageous.
• Microsoft Office proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales and treatment revenue targets.
• Conduct personalized consultations and Face Mapping for new clients.
• Follow up with customers post-treatment and for retail orders.
• Manage store customer service, complaints, returns and POS operations.

Job description

Dermalogica is recruiting a driven, organized and experienced store lead to drive sales and Business Objectives and to be a Brand Ambassador in our Eastgate Dermalogica Store.

• 1. To ensure that sales and treatment revenue targets for the store is met monthly.
• 2. To ensure that accurate and detailed consultations and Face Mapping is conducted with each new client and ensure all records are updated.
• 3. Telephonic post treatment and retail follow ups with customers.
• 4. Manage customer complaints, product returns & ensure the highest level of customer service are adhered to in the store.
• 5. Manage the POS system
• 6. Manage the day to day staff, and roster coverage.
• 7. Assist the concept stores manager with staff assessments and training of new and existing staff.
• 8. Inventory is managed monthly and recorded
• 9. Responsible for supporting the smooth running of daily operations in the store,
• 10. The store is always correctly stocked, cleaned and merchandised effectively.
• 11. The effective planning of, and participation during in store promotions.
• 12. Participation in company promotional events e.g. marketing activities, golf days, launches, IDI training and trade shows.
• 13. Maintain the highest level of personal hygiene and professional appearance at all times
• 14. Ensure that all tasks and administration are performed according to the Policies and Procedures manual.
• 15. To be completely familiar with all products, treatments and concepts offered by Dermalogica as well as all policies as outlined in the Policies and Procedures manuals.
• 16. Maintain product knowledge by attending all Dermalogica classes regularly and to pass regular assessments (theory and practical)

Minimum Requirements:
