Job summary

Dermalogica South Africa seeks a driven store lead for our Eastgate Dermalogica Store to drive sales, achieve business objectives and act as a Brand Ambassador. You will supervise staff, manage consultations and Face Mapping, and ensure top customer experiences in a premium skincare environment.

Requirements include a 3-year skin care diploma, 4 years in a supervisory role, and experience with high-end brands. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential; Dermalogica experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly sales and treatment revenue targets for the store.
• Ensure accurate consultations and Face Mapping for new clients, with up-to-date records.
• Conduct post-treatment and retail follow-ups with customers by phone.
• Manage customer complaints and returns; uphold high levels of customer service.
• Oversee POS system operations and daily store administration.
• Supervise daily staff operations, rostering, and training of new staff.
• Support Senior Management with staff assessments and promotions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and monthly stock checks.
• Ensure store is well-stocked, clean, and visually merchandised.
