The Royal Portfolio is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to cover a six-month maternity leave from February 2027. You will oversee multiple marketing initiatives, manage content across our website and CRM, and coordinate shoots and post-shoot activities from our Head Office in Cape Town.

Ideal candidates will bring 4+ years in marketing coordination, a relevant degree, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in a Marketing co-ordination role.
A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Branding or PR or related field.
Understanding of luxury hospitality or luxury brands is advantageous.
Exceptional written and verbal communication in English.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel (hyperlinking, sorting, filtering, lookups).
Familiarity with PM tools (Planner, Asana, Monday.com), CMS (WordPress), CRM (HubSpot) and email marketing (Mailchimp).
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

Photo/Video shoot planning and coordination.
Post-shoot administration: rename/save images, upload to platforms.
Link Library maintenance and website backend linking to Excel sheets.
Content management across TRP website, blogs, Resource Library, booking engine and partner platforms.
Management of CRM databases and email marketing workflows.
Ad-hoc project management (e.g., Art Folders, Gift Catalogues).
