Job summary

11 Investments is a group of specialist recruitment businesses built by entrepreneurs, with eight specialist brands. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Co-Ordinator to join remotely from Cape Town, supporting marketing delivery across the portfolio brands.

You’ll plan and deliver campaigns, draft content, manage social and email programs, oversee websites and digital assets, and support events and reporting. The role suits a hands-on, organised marketing generalist working across priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating marketing across multiple brands or portfolios.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Proven ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns across channels.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing plans and day-to-day activity across portfolio brands.
• Maintain calendars, trackers and deadlines; liaise with founders, agencies and suppliers.
• Plan and deliver campaigns; draft, edit and repurpose content (social, articles, case studies, newsletters, reports).
• Manage LinkedIn and social channels; build and manage email campaigns, lists, segmentation and performance.
• Support websites and landing pages; monitor site performance and SEO-related tasks.

Due to growth, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Co-Ordinator to join us remotely from Cape Town.

Core Purpose

Support marketing delivery across 11 Investments and its portfolio businesses, keeping campaigns, content and digital activity moving. Suited to a marketing generalist comfortable working across multiple brands and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute marketing plans and day-to-day activity across portfolio brands.
• Maintain calendars, trackers and deadlines; liaise with founders, agencies and suppliers.

Campaigns and Content

• Plan and deliver campaigns; draft, edit and repurpose content (social, articles, case studies, newsletters, reports).
• Gather insight from founders/consultants to inform thought leadership pieces.

Social and Email

• Manage LinkedIn and social channels — calendars, scheduling, engagement tracking.
• Build and manage email campaigns, lists, segmentation and performance.
• Align with the Personal Brand team on messaging.

Websites and Digital

• Manage routine site updates and landing pages with developers/agencies.
• Support SEO/AEO/GEO; monitor site functionality and performance.

Events and Brand

• Support events (roundtables, webinars, networking) — invites, materials, follow-up, repurposed content.
• Maintain brand consistency; create/update presentations, assets and templates.

Reporting

• Track and report performance across channels.
• Support marketing tools, budget and supplier admin.
