Job summary

Auto & Truck Tyres (Pty) Ltd is seeking a site supervisor to oversee daily site activities, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project specifications and standards. You will coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects and subcontractors, allocate tasks, supervise construction workers and equipment operators, and manage deliveries and inventory.

Additionally, you will conduct toolbox talks, ensure health, safety and environmental regulations are followed, maintain daily reports

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities
• Monitor work progress to ensure projects are completed according to schedule
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Inspect work quality and ensure adherence to project specifications and standards
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors

• Monitor material deliveries, inventory, and equipment usage
• Identify and resolve on-site issues and delays promptly
• Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, and progress documentation
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment
• Report project progress, risks, and incidents to management
