Job summary

Measured Ability Outsourcing Group, a leading TES agency in Durban, is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site operations at the Tongaat site. The role focuses on safety, client satisfaction, and efficient staffing.

You'll lead a team, ensure PPE and safety standards, and work closely with payroll and HR/IR processes to maintain smooth site operations and meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in TES or logistics/warehousing.
• Proven ability to lead a team.
• Valid driver''s license.

Responsibilities

• Basic site inductions and safety briefings.
• Assessing and managing occupational health and safety hazards.
• Enforcing site rules and safety compliance.
• Equip employees with correct PPE.
• Coordinate on-site staffing and shifts.
• Sound knowledge of labour-related HR/IR processes.
• Maintain client satisfaction.
• Closely working with payroll data.
• Ensure employee shifts are being filled.
• Focus on productivity on site.
• Well-organized.
• The ability to MEDIATE to resolve issues, including involvement in disciplinary action.

Requirements:

• A Minimum of 2 Years working experience in a similar role in the Temporary Employment Services (TES) industry or Logistics & Warehousing Industries.
• Comfortable leading a team.
• Valid Driver’s License.
