You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while managing budgets, schedules, and regulatory compliance. A national diploma or degree in construction-related field and at least five years of project management experience are required.

About the Role

Our client, a reputable construction firm specializing in commercial and residential projects, is seeking a diligent Project Manager to oversee construction and renovation projects within the Tembisa, Gauteng area. This role requires a hands-on approach, with responsibility for managing projects from initial planning and budgeting through to final completion and handover. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead site teams, coordinate with subcontractors, liaise with clients and regulatory bodies, and manage all aspects of the construction process. Requirements

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
