As the Site Manager, you will oversee daily site operations, coordinate contractors and subcontractors, manage construction schedules, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, monitor project progress, control resources, conduct quality inspections, manage site personnel, resolve technical challenges, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure the successful completion and handover of residential developments within agreed timelines and specifications.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Degree in Construction qualification. minimum 10 years' experience in residential construction, preferably within large-scale housing, estate or apartment developments. Proven experience managing contractors, subcontractors, site teams, and project delivery programmes. Strong ability to interpret construction drawings, implement quality control procedures, and oversee technical site requirements. Excellent project management, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
