Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a Site Manager for residential developments in Gauteng. You will oversee daily site operations, coordinate contractors and subcontractors, and drive programmes to meet timelines and budgets.

You will ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, interpret construction drawings, manage site personnel, resolve technical challenges, and liaise with stakeholders to deliver handover-ready estates.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction qualification.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in residential construction.
• Proven experience managing contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and enforce quality control procedures.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
