Job summary

You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure work follows plans, specifications and safety standards, and coordinate labor, materials and subcontractors to keep projects on track.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, at least 4 years of site supervision experience, strong ability to interpret drawings, and on-site problem-solving and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in site engineering or construction supervision.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent on-site problem-solving and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily construction site activities and workforce.
