Job summary

RPO Recruitment’s client seeks an experienced Site Agent to manage civil infrastructure works on site in Ermelo, with a strong emphasis on pipeline construction. The initial contract is 6–8 months, with potential for permanent employment and site accommodation provided.

Responsibilities include overall site control, planning, subcontractor coordination, and on-site reporting, while ensuring safety, quality, and programme compliance.

Qualifications

• National Diploma in Civil Engineering or similar qualification.
• 8–10 years’ experience in civil construction.
• Proven experience in civil infrastructure projects, particularly pipelines.
• Ability to run an entire site independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong practical and hands-on construction background.
• Experience on small to medium-sized projects (not highly corporate environments).
• Good leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

Benefits:

Salary: R600K – R900K CTC per annum, negotiable
