Qualifications

• Valid driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage silo operations to meet budget and profitability targets.
• Supervise, train and manage silo staff, including rostering.
• Oversee customer service and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Ensure sound financial practices, manage budgets and control costs.
• Maintain accurate administrative records, reporting and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with fumigation, grain grading, health and safety and other regulatory requirements.
• Monitor market conditions and contribute business insight to optimise silo performance.

The Silo Manager is responsible for the effective management of the silo to ensure optimal profitability, safe and compliant operations, excellent customer service and efficient administrative and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage silo operations to meet budget and profitability targets.
• Supervise, train and manage silo staff, including performance management and rostering.
• Oversee customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
