Talent Candey is seeking driven Short-Term Insurance Advisers – Personal and Commercial Lines for a Port Elizabeth base. The role requires FAIS qualifications, sales experience in personal and commercial lines, and the ability to generate leads and manage a sales pipeline. The position offers a market-related package to be confirmed and requires independent work as well as strong teamwork within a client-focused advisory team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience selling short-term insurance as a broker agent or tied agent.
• Sales experience in both personal and commercial lines.
• FAIS regulatory requirements and fit-and-proper checks completed.
• Own reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Achieve a minimum of four written policies per month and hit targets.
• Conduct comprehensive needs analyses with prospective clients.
• Provide suitable personal and commercial short-term insurance advice.
• Build relationships with clients and referral networks.
• Stay updated on Momentum Insure products and competitor offerings.
• Ensure compliance with FAIS rules and regulatory standards.
