Job summary

Buyelwa Consulting is seeking a Short-Term Insurance Adviser to join our Johannesburg area team. The candidate will generate leads, analyze client needs, and write personal and commercial lines policies in line with Momentum Insure targets.

Requirements include matric, FAIS credits or FSCA qualification, RE5, and 2–3 years’ short-term insurance sales experience. Proficiency with MS Office and a valid driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 required
• FAIS credits (min 30 credits) or FSCA list qualification
• FAIS Regulatory Examination RE5
• 2-3 years' experience selling short-term insurance
• Computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Own transport and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Source lead-generating opportunities to build a healthy sales pipeline
• Meet minimum target of 4 written policies per month
• Maintain Lead Generation Matrix weekly
• Conduct needs analysis with prospective clients to provide advice
• Prospecting and sales pipeline management
• Build strong client relationships and networking
• Stay informed on Momentum Insure products and changes
• Comply with FAIS and regulatory guidelines
