Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands‑on Shopify experience with a live storefront.
• Experience managing more than one store or multiple product lines.
• Working knowledge of Shopify themes and Liquid.
• Experience with discount logic and promo rules.
• Experience managing a Shopify app stack and integrations.
• Experience with a subscription platform (Recharge, Skio, Loop).
• Business point of contact for developers, including specs and backlog.
• Working with Klaviyo flows, segments, campaigns.
• Strong test-before-publish discipline and clear communication.
• Comfort with remote work in a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Own storefronts: themes, templates, product catalog, collections, merchandising, and site search across brands.
• Own promotions: discount codes, automatic discounts, bundles, and promo pages; test stacking before go live.
• Own the technical stack: apps, checkout, payment gateways, subscriptions, and integrations; diagnose and fix issues.
• Own releases: QA before publishes, support launches, and clean rollbacks when needed.
• Own conversion: monitor performance, analyze metrics, and offer actionable recommendations.
• Document store configurations to prevent knowledge silos.
• Support marketing: Klaviyo campaigns, flows, segments; keep TikTok Shop and Amazon listings aligned; track calendars.
