Qualifications

Basic maths calculations required.
Retail/FMCG background and understanding of merchandising and promotions principles.
Understanding of stock management procedures.
Knowledge of customer service excellence.

Responsabilités

Efficiently execute all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain high levels of accuracy when scanning merchandise and collecting payment, including clubcard rewards.
Ensure the safe handling of cash at all times.
Promote the Clicks clubcard and enroll new clubcard members to achieve targets.
Make customers aware of promotions to positively affect sales and ensure customers feel good and pay less.
Deliver superior customer service as a brand ambassador with a friendly, professional service.
Maintain merchandising and general housekeeping per store standards.
Support the Group’s vision to be the first-choice health and beauty retailer by living company values.
Maintain updated knowledge on products, ranges, promotions and events to provide correct information to customers.
