Job summary

Clicks Group in Cape Town is seeking a permanent retail associate to deliver service excellence at the point of sale, manage cash transactions, and promote Clicks Clubcard.

You will maintain stock, promotions and merchandising standards, enroll new clubcard members, and provide friendly, professional service to customers in a busy FMCG store.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely, efficient manner.
• Maintain high accuracy when scanning merchandise and processing payments, including clubcard rewards.
• Ensure safe cash handling at all times.
• Enroll new clubcard members and promote clubcard participation targets.
• Promote promotions to positively affect sales and help customers feel good and pay less.
• Deliver superior customer service as a brand ambassador with a friendly, professional approach.
• Maintain merchandising and housekeeping standards according to store guidelines.
• Support Clicks Group’s vision to be the customer’s first choice health and beauty retailer.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products, promotions and events to inform customers accurately.
