Job summary

Clicks Group Limited in Cape Town is recruiting for a Permanent, EE-friendly in-store role. You will be responsible for accurately handling POS transactions, scanning merchandise, promoting clubcard memberships and delivering excellent customer service to shoppers.

The position requires basic maths and English at Grade 12 level, with a focus on customer orientation and strong interpersonal skills. You will maintain store standards and help drive promotions and events to enhance sales.

Qualifications

• Desirable Mat hs 50% and English 50% at Grade 12 level.
• Retail/FMCG store operations understanding helpful.
• Desirable: customer-facing experience.
