Job summary

Clicks Group is seeking a retail associate to deliver service excellence at the point of sale, handle cash and promotions, and promote clubcard enrollment. You will maintain store standards and assist with merchandising while delivering a friendly customer experience.

Desirable: previous customer facing experience in retail/FMCG and a Grade 12 with Maths and English. A proactive team player comfortable with targets and promotions is preferred.

Qualifications

• Desirable: experience in a customer facing role within a retail/FMCG store operations environment.
• Desirable Maths and English at Grade 12 level.
• Basic maths calculations and stock management understanding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service excellence through efficient customer service and POS operations.
• Maintain accurate scanning, payment processing and clubcard enrollment.
• Promote clubcard promotions to customers and target clubcard participation.
• Provide a friendly, professional service and uphold store merchandising standards.
