Qualifikationen

• Resides in Durban or surrounds.
• Reliable transport to/from the workplace.
• Fully office bound: Mon to Fri 07h15-16h30.
• 3+ years in a relevant role (order processing, shipping admin).
• Strong MS Excel and reporting skills.
• Excellent administrative, organisational and document control abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Aufgaben

• Verify shipping documents for accuracy against POs and proformas.
• Create and maintain physical and electronic shipping files.
• Capture shipping information on ShipShape and spreadsheets.
• Prepare docs for switch bills, invoices and packing lists.
• Track original bills and follow up on missing docs and telex releases.
• Monitor shipments daily and request notices and invoices from lines.
• Prepare delivery instructions and line instructions.
• Ensure Navis is assigned to transporters and return of empty containers.
• Submit shipping docs to banks for foreign payments.
• Check, reference and reconcile month-end invoices.
