Key Responsibilities

• Conduct shift handover meetings to ensure continuity of operations.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing or production industry.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a production team.
• Solid understanding of production operations, quality control principles, and safety protocols.

• Ability to work rotating shifts and manage operations effectively during assigned hours.
