Job summary

Pro Talent is seeking a skilled Shift Setter in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal to drive production efficiency and ensure smooth manufacturing operations. The role requires setting machines, conducting mould trials, and maintaining machinery to high safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have 3–4 years’ experience as a Machinist with strong maintenance knowledge and a commitment to safety. Overtime may be required to meet targets.

• Technical proficiency in machine setup and operation.
