Job summary

Tiger Brands is seeking a Shift Miller to oversee the milling process on assigned shifts in our Wheat Milling facility. You will ensure production parameters are met, maintain equipment availability and uphold quality and safety standards.

The role requires leadership, strong technical milling knowledge and a focus on continuous improvement. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in milling, SAGMA/GMF trade testing, and proven ability to drive cost reductions, reduce downtime, and manage inventories

Qualifications

• Qualified Wheat and/or Maize miller (SAGMA/GMF trade tested).
• Strong leadership and supervision skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee milling operations during assigned shift to meet production targets.
• Drive reliability and maintenance to ensure continuous plant availability.
• Uphold GMP, food safety, and compliance with company policies.
