Tiger Brands seeks a skilled Shift Miller to manage oat and other cereal milling operations on the production shift. You will drive efficiency, ensure quality, and uphold safety and maintenance standards across the milling facility.

The role requires a GMF Trade or equivalent Wheat/Maize miller qualification with at least 4 years of hands-on milling experience; oat milling experience is a strong plus. Based at our South Africa facility.

Qualifications

• Qualified Wheat or Maize miller with GMF Trade.
• Minimum 4 years proven experience running a wheat, maize or oat mill.
• Added advantage: oat milling experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee oat mills production efficiencies and capacity to ensure optimum performance.
• Monitor equipment availability and maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Ensure product quality, yield targets and adherence to milling SOPs.
• Prepare and review production and quality reports; ensure correct stocks of groats.
• Coordinate with packing and other departments to meet schedules and orders.
• Maintain health, safety, and environmental compliance in line with company policies.
