Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years food safety or similar experience (HACCP, ISO, FSSC).
• Minimum 10 years experience as Production/Milling Manager of a team of at least 30 people.
• Experience in people management, industrial relations, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the process in the mill from raw material intake to milling quality product.
• Achieve all technical value drivers set out by the company.
• Conduct daily Milling meetings and planning.
