Job summary

Agri Wheat Millers X 2 in Modderrivier, Northern Cape is seeking a qualified Wheat Miller with 5-10 years of experience in a similar role. The position requires willingness to work shifts and a strong grasp of food safety and health and safety legislation.

You will be responsible for daily reconsolidation of raw materials, coordinating with maintenance, managing personnel, ensuring quality control, achieving production goals, maintaining housekeeping, and complying with health and safety

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in a similar Wheat Miller role.
• Willing to work shifts as required.
• Extensive knowledge of food safety and health and safety legislation.
• Clear criminal record.
• Demonstrated commitment to adding value to the role.

Responsibilities

• Daily reconsolidation of raw material processed to end product.
• Regular checks per maintenance plan to ensure functional equipment with maintenance team.
• Personnel management.
• Quality control.
• Ensure production goals are met daily.
