• Proven ability to manage milling operations and optimize yield.

Responsibilities

• Oversee oat mills production efficiencies, people productivity and overall capacity.
• Achieve target mill yield and minimise milling downtime.
• Complete production and quality analysis reports; ensure GMP and sampling procedures.
• Ensure correct stocks of groats and maintenance of equipment for optimal quality and yield.
• Transfer finished groats according to packing schedules; report variances and yields.
