Ashley Kruth in South Africa is seeking a seasoned production leader to manage and optimize a fast-moving consumer goods facility, driving utilisation of all equipment, raw materials, and labor to produce quality products at the lowest cost.

You will supervise a team, oversee production planning, monitor startup, ensure compliance with procedures, lead 5S and quality audits, and collaborate with maintenance to minimise downtime while meeting safety standards.

Formación

• Matriculated and qualified for a leadership role in production.
• National Diploma or Diploma in Food/Packaging operation or related field.
• Team leadership training is essential.
• Experience in FMCG is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure service delivery to internal and external clients complies with standards.
• Communicate the production plan and preplan for production.
• Monitor startup and assist operators with deviations.
• Manage barriers to plan implementation.
• Review performance at regular intervals.
• Monitor utilisation and productivity and manage downtime.
• Drive productivity improvements and maintain quality documentation.
• Ensure adherence to Production and Quality Procedures and standards.
