Job summary

Yellosa invites an experienced SHEQ Manager to join our engineering and manufacturing team in Johannesburg. You will develop and implement policies ensuring compliance with industry regulations and drive a culture of continuous improvement across all operations.

You will lead audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations, provide staff training, monitor performance metrics, and report to senior management. Willingness to travel within the Johannesburg area is required.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and implementing SHEQ policies and procedures.
• Experience conducting audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and industry regulations.
• Ability to train and lead teams on SHEQ practices.
• Willingness to travel to Johannesburg area.

The Successful Applicant

A successful SHEQ Manager should have:

• A strong understanding of safety, health, environment, and quality standards within the industrial and manufacturing and production sectors.


• MUst be willing to travel in Johannesburg area


• manufacturing background


• Proven experience in developing and implementing SHEQ policies and procedures.


• Experience with ISO9001


• Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence and train teams.


• Competence in conducting audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.


• Relevant qualifications in SHEQ management or a related field.


• Ability to stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance.
