Qualifications

• Experience leading a Safety and Health team in heavy industry.
• Knowledge of IMS and ISO accreditation processes.
• Ability to manage regulatory SHEQ compliance and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Safety and Health Team to embed a culture of SHEQ excellence.
• Identify and assess risk exposures and implement mitigation.
• Maintain and improve site compliance with IMS and ISO standards.
• Drive site risk management plans and SHEQ projects.
