Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) professional for site compliance and ongoing safety management in a manufacturing environment. The role oversees HSE policies, audits, incident investigations and training, with a strong focus on ISO, environmental and energy management and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years work experience in a manufacturing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive SHEE consulting to plants in consultation with SHEEQ.
• Investigate incidents and implement preventative measures.
• Conduct regular HIRA and update SWPs/SOPs for continuous improvement.
• Induct and train employees on SHEE matters throughout the year.
• Compile and maintain safety programmes, audits and compliance registers.
• Issue work permits and manage contractor safety files.
• Support energy management and environmental improvement initiatives.
