Job summary

Greenro Solutions in Gauteng seeks an experienced SHEQ administrator to provide administrative and coordination support to the SHEQ function. You will ensure that documentation, records and reports are accurately maintained and readily available to support compliance activities.

The role requires knowledge of OHSA and ISO 9001 standards, and involves updating policies, supporting hazard reporting, incident investigation and liaising with stakeholders to promote safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent required. Related field preferred.
• National Diploma in a relevant discipline advantageous.
• First Aid Certificate and SHE Representative certification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the SHEQ function.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, ISO requirements and health and safety legislation.
