You don't view compliance as a box-ticking exercise.
You understand the difference between meeting minimum standards and creating a culture where safety, environmental responsibility, and operational excellence form part of everyday decision-making.
You're analytical enough to investigate root causes, confident enough to challenge unsafe practices, and influential enough to drive meaningful change.
Most importantly, you recognise that every incident prevented, every risk mitigated, and every process improved contributes to a safer and more sustainable future.
