Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, Sales, or a related field.
• 2-5 years' experience in a sales coordination, marketing coordination, or business development support role.
• Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support business development initiatives and lead generation activities.
• Maintain and update client and prospect databases.
• Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and follow‑up communications.
• Assist with proposal preparation, quotations, tenders, and client presentations.
• Track sales opportunities and maintain accurate reporting.
• Liaise with clients to ensure excellent customer service and relationship management.
