Job summary

e-Rele runs the Academy SETA learnership programme, recruiting learners, managing facilitators and ensuring every cohort meets accreditation standards. You will coordinate schedules, workplace placements and assessment records to support learners through the programme.

The role requires assessor/moderator certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months, plus experience coordinating SETA/QCTO learnerships, strong admin discipline and excellent communication with diverse learners.

Qualifications

• Assessor & Moderator certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
• 2+ years coordinating SETA / QCTO learnerships or skills programmes.
• Strong admin and reporting discipline.
• Excellent communication with learners from diverse backgrounds.
• Valid driver;s license.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and screen learners for each SETA-accredited cohort.
• Schedule classes, facilitators and workplace placements.
• Maintain attendance, POE (Portfolio of Evidence) and assessment records.
• Submit quarterly reports to the relevant SETA.
• Coach learners and liaise with their host providers / employers.
