Job summary

NTT DATA in Johannesburg seeks a hands-on ServiceNow QA Manager to define and govern the QA framework across all ServiceNow development, acting as the quality gateway for Practice, ATS, and automations.

In a player-manager role, you will build the automated testing framework (ATF), maintain regression suites, coordinate UAT with business stakeholders, and report quality metrics for major releases and platform upgrades.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a QA Manager or senior QA role in ServiceNow or enterprise platform delivery.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework).
• Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, UAT, and exploratory testing.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and continuously improve the QA framework, testing standards, and governance processes for all ServiceNow development across the practice.
• Act as the quality gateway for all development - Practice, ATS, and automations - ensuring releases meet quality criteria.
• Build, maintain, and evolve the automated testing framework for the ServiceNow platform, reducing regression test time and increasing release confidence.
• Own and manage the regression test suite, ensuring it remains accurate and scalable as the platform evolves.
• Coordinate and facilitate UAT activities with Business Analysts and stakeholders, ensuring sign-off criteria are met.
