Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow QA Engineer to join our ServiceNow Practice. You will execute functional, regression, and integration testing, contribute to automated ATF scripts, and provide timely quality feedback across sprints and releases.

You will work with QA Manager, BAs, and developers, building test cases from user stories and acceptance criteria, while supporting UAT and maintaining test assets in a shared repository. Hybrid working arrangements apply.

Qualifications

Proven experience as QA Engineer in ServiceNow or enterprise platforms.
Practical experience using ServiceNow ATF to build and run automated tests.
Strong ability to write clear test cases from user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience performing functional, regression, and integration testing in an Agile environment.
Ability to log and manage defects with reproducible reports.
Comfortable testing across multiple product domains and adapting approaches.

Responsibilities

Execute functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing per QA plans.
Write and maintain clear test cases and scripts from user stories and criteria.
Develop and extend automated tests within ServiceNow ATF to broaden coverage.
Run regression tests before releases and platform upgrades using automated suites.
Log, track, and re-test defects with clear reports for developers.
Support UAT via test environments, data, and stakeholder guidance.
Maintain test cases/scripts in shared repositories and update with platform changes.
Provide accurate test execution status and quality metrics to QA Manager.
