Qualifications

• Proven QA engineer experience in ServiceNow or enterprise platforms.
• Experience building and executing test cases from user stories.
• Hands-on with automated testing and ATF in ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, regression, integration and exploratory testing per test plans.
• Write clear test cases and scripts from acceptance criteria.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts in ServiceNow ATF.
• Run regression tests before releases and platform upgrades.
• Log and retest defects with reproducible reports.
• Support UAT environments and assist business stakeholders.
• Maintain test assets in the shared repository and report metrics.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies to ensure testability from story to delivery.
