Job summary

The Rank Group plc is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and enhance ServiceNow applications in a hybrid Cape Town environment. You will drive integration work, automate workflows, and ensure platform performance and governance across the enterprise.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and pursue continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong ServiceNow development experience.
• Solid JavaScript, HTML/XML, and web technology skills.
• Experience with scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• ServiceNow Administrator Certification.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

Responsibilities
