Job summary

Pulsar Consulting Ltd. is seeking a Technical Consultant to drive client implementations on the ServiceNow platform, coordinating with client design sessions and developing user stories while ensuring functional integrity across ITSM, GRC, and risk modules.

You will support client engagements, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with internal teams to address challenges and deliver compliant, scalable solutions within regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and implementing ServiceNow GRC/IRM/Risk modules.
• Strong architectural knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including data models, ACLs, workflows, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with risk, compliance, and audit frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external risk tools or regulatory data feeds.
• Background in enterprise risk, audit, or compliance within regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Bring knowledge to clients in one or more products of the platform (understanding of ITSM, IRM, TPRM and or HRSD would be beneficial).
• Supporting customer workshops and running project demonstrations, using the ServiceNow platform.
• Developing customer requirements (user stories), which may include scripting and configuration in different areas of the platform.
• Identifying potential wider impacts of the customer solution on other areas of the platform.
• Communicating effectively with both client teams and internal teams and supporting management of key stakeholder relationships.

As a Technical Consultant, you will be crucial in the execution of client implementations and offering support throughout projects, including supporting client design sessions, developing excellent user stories, whilst ensuring functional integrity of the ServiceNow platform and processes.You will support client engagements and work with your fellow team members throughout the project phases, in line with the commercial agreement for the implementation. You’ll also collaborate with colleagues and clients to address challenges and identify solutions.

What we\'re looking for

• Demonstrated expertise in risk, compliance, and audit frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR).
• Hands-on experience across key GRC applications: Policy & Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management.
• Strong documentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or DevOps delivery models.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external risk tools or regulatory data feeds.
• Understanding of ITSM, SecOps, and broader IT governance domains.
• Background in enterprise risk, audit, or compliance functions within regulated environments.
