Job summary

You will design, build, test and maintain enterprise ServiceNow solutions, translating business requirements into technical terms and collaborating with internal clients to meet complex needs.

As part of a diverse, global organization, you will contribute to ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SPM and ITAM projects, while following best practices, security standards and scalable architecture to deliver

Qualifications

• 3+ years' recent ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience across multiple modules: ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SPM, ITAM.
• Preferred CSA or CAD certifications; not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Practice Managers to understand detailed business requirements and align technical solutions with program goals.
• Translate requirements into system design documentation and data/process flows.
• Develop end-to-end ServiceNow solutions and perform POC activities when needed.

Your day at NTT DATA

The ServiceNow Developer is a seasoned subject matter expert, responsible for consulting with internal clients about the software technology environment with medium to high complexity. This role translates business requirements into technology terms and develops more complex algorithms and programming code for software solutions. The primary objective of the ServiceNow Developer is to design, test, implement and maintain software code that enables computer systems to perform specific tasks and assists with determining how technology can be applied to meet client needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Practice Managers to understand detailed business and user requirements and align technical solutions with program goals.
• Assist in preparing technical requirement documents, including system diagrams and flowcharts illustrating data and process flows after proposed system changes.
• Analyze business requirements to ensure the designed ServiceNow solution meets functional, technical, and operational expectations.
• Perform proof‑of‑concept (POC) activities when needed to validate solution feasibility.
• Translate business and technical requirements into comprehensive system design documentation focusing on how the required functionality will be implemented.
• Develop end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including:

Must Haves:

• Worked as ServiceNow developer for at least 3+ years recently
• Worked on multiple modules but not limited to ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SPM, ITAM etc.,
• Preferred someone with CSA, CAD or any of CIS certifications but not mandatory
