Rank Group is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to own and enhance our ServiceNow platform. You will design, develop, and maintain applications, workflows, and integrations that improve workflows and employee experiences across IT, HR and other functions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions, while ensuring platform performance and governance. A proactive mindset and problem-solving approach are essential for ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow Administrator Certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Manage platform performance, security, and governance.
• Build integrations with enterprise systems to streamline operations.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and drive continuous improvement across the platform.
• Act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert for the business.
