Job summary

iLaunch (Pty) Ltd in the Western Cape seeks an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to lead planning, delivery and continuous improvement of IT services for clients. You will drive service delivery processes, ensure SLAs/OLAs are met and manage stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.

With a minimum of five years in IT service delivery management, you will oversee infrastructure delivery, negotiate agreements, and align targets with SLA commitments to deliver value and compliance

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 is required.
• IT-related tertiary qualification (degree or diploma).
• ITIL V4/V5 Foundation certification.
• Project Management Certification.
• Minimum of 5 years IT Service Delivery Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing the IT-related infrastructure and service delivery processes.
• Ensuring efficient, effective delivery of services to clients.
